Cancellations must be in writing through fax, email or letter 30 days in advance. The member must give the reason for cancellations, i.e. personal, moving, etc., and the effective date. Cancellations cannot be retroactive, and receipt of the written notice will be date stamped in the office. Cancellations are processed at the end of each month prior to the next month’s billing. Each member in good standing with the Club will also receive their escrow deposit back in full if applicable. It will be applied to their last statement.
