What is the earliest that a child can be dropped off and picked up in the afternoon?
Early drop-off starts at 7:00 AM. The recreation room opens at 8:00 AM, and camp activities officially start at 9:00 AM. Camp activities end at 5:00 PM. Late pick-up is available from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM, there is a charge of $5.00 per every 15 minutes.
Is lunch included on a daily basis?
Yes. Lunch is included as part of the camp fee on regular camp days. The fee includes 2 camp t-shirts, 1 camp bag, lunch, and awards. However, lunch is not included on field trip days.
Are field trips included in the camp fee?
Yes. All activities and field trips are included in the camp fee. However, lunch is not included on field trips, so parents may need to provide lunch or follow the camp’s instructions for those specific days.
Can parents come by and visit during the day?
Yes, parents are welcome to visit during the day. However, we recommend coordinating with the camp staff or office in advance to ensure the visit does not interrupt scheduled activities and that all safety procedures are followed.
Is there a discount for more than one child?
Yes. Families with 2 or more children receive a $50.00 discount per child.
Are children allowed to have cell phones?
Yes, children may bring their cell phones to camp; however, the camp is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen devices. Cell phones may not be used during camp activities or to call parents throughout the day. They should only be used while children are indoors between activities, when permitted by staff.
